Profex Group attended KIHE 2026, Central Asia’s leading healthcare exhibition in Almaty.

The Profex Group team visited KIHE 2026 — the 31st Kazakhstan International Healthcare Exhibition, held from 20 to 22 May 2026 at the Atakent International Exhibition Centre in Almaty, Kazakhstan. KIHE is recognized by the organizers as one of the key healthcare and medical industry events in Central Asia, bringing together manufacturers, medical institutions, service providers, professional associations, government bodies and industry experts on one platform

This year, KIHE 2026 was held together with PharmaTECH Kazakhstan 2026 and VisionCare 2026, creating a unified exhibition space for healthcare, pharmaceuticals, ophthalmology, optics and related technologies. According to the official information from the organizers, the 2026 edition brought together more than 400 companies from 24 countries, including Kazakhstan, China, Germany, Türkiye, the UAE, Uzbekistan, South Korea, Russia, France, the Czech Republic and others. National groups were represented by companies from Belarus, Germany, China, Russia, Uzbekistan and the Czech Republic.

During the visit, the Profex Group team explored the main areas of the exhibition, including medical equipment and technologies, diagnostic systems, surgical and intensive care solutions, dentistry, physiotherapy, laboratory medicine, pharmaceuticals, medical tourism, aesthetic medicine and digital healthcare solutions.

For Profex Group, participation in KIHE 2026 was an opportunity to better understand the healthcare market in Central Asia, meet industry representatives, explore new business connections and identify potential directions for international cooperation.

A strong focus was also placed on digital transformation in healthcare — from medical information systems and telemedicine to IT solutions for clinics and technologies that improve the management of medical processes. The 2026 business programme also included discussions on AI and data in healthcare management, rehabilitation, pharmaceutical market development, medical marketing and intensive care technologies.

The latest official post-show report available for KIHE 2025 shows the strong position of the exhibition in the regional market: the event gathered 4,970 unique visitors, 400 exhibitors from 16 countries, 26 business sessions and 81 speakers. The report also shows that the exhibition audience includes decision-makers, company owners, managers, government representatives, chief medical officers and specialists from healthcare institutions, clinics, pharmaceutical companies and laboratory businesses.

The visit confirmed that Central Asia’s healthcare sector continues to develop actively, with growing demand for modern medical equipment, laboratory solutions, pharmaceutical technologies, digital tools and international partnerships.

KIHE 2026 demonstrated that the healthcare market in the region is open to innovation, cooperation and new business opportunities — and Profex Group continues to explore platforms that connect companies with high-potential markets.
