Profex Group presented Georgian developers with opportunities to connect with GCC investors

A meeting between Profex Group and representatives of leading Georgian real estate development companies was held in Tbilisi at Alliance Group, organized in cooperation with the Georgian National Association of Real Estate (GNARE). The meeting focused on attracting investment from the Gulf countries and participation in Cityscape Global 2026.

Georgia’s real estate market is becoming increasingly attractive to Middle Eastern capital. The country’s tourism potential, the development of Tbilisi and the Black Sea coast, as well as new residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects, are creating strong opportunities for international investment.

The meeting also covered the key factors international investors consider when evaluating overseas projects:

• transparent financial models; • clear investment returns; • professional management; • a strong investment concept; • communication adapted for an international audience.

According to the organizers, Cityscape Global 2025 generated $63 billion in project launches, strategic partnerships, and deals.
