Russian Pavilion at Cityscape Global 2025: Scale, Technology, and a Presence Impossible to Miss

On 19 November at Cityscape Global 2025, the Russian Pavilion became one of the most prominent focal points for the professional audience.
If Day One set the pace, Day Two confirmed it: the Russian showcase stands as a true display hall of urban development capabilitiescompetitive technologies, and mature large-scale projects.
Against the overall momentum of Cityscape with more than 172,000 visitors and USD 61.3 billion worth of announced projects the Russian Pavilion stood out with a particularly confident presence, showcasing a combination of digital advancements, urban planning solutions, and engineering capabilitieson par with the world’s leading megacities.
The Russian delegation was represented by two official stands the Government of Moscow and the Saint Petersburg Investment Committee along with a number of industry companies, each operating in an intensive schedule of business meetings.

Moscow: One of the Most Technologically Advanced Stands in the International Zone
The Moscow showcase impressed even those already familiar with the city’s urban development capabilities.
Visitors explored:
- Moscow’s Digital Twin, enabling real-time modelling of urban processes
- Meta Moscow , a modern platform for city environment management
- Next-generation generative planning scenarios for urban development
- Redevelopment projects for key city areas, including Tverskaya Street
- The SberCity concept. SberCity concept one of the most widely discussed districts of the future
Companies from the Moscow Region bloc, together with Mosinzhproekt, complemented the stand with major infrastructure projects from sports facilities to large multifunctional developments.
Technology Block: VisionLabs, Development 2.0, ELFORMA, Sia Architecture
The technology section of the pavilion generated strong interest among international developers and city administrations:
- VisionLabs showcased world-class biometric systems, from facial recognition to Liveness technologies.
- Development 2.0 presented innovative approaches to urban environment management.
- ELFORMA Studio and Sia Architecture Bureau (GBK Group) demonstrated architectural solutions aligned with global trends in premium real estate.

Saint Petersburg — Institutional Confidence The Saint Petersburg Investment Committee presented the region in a formal institutional format, adding weight to the Russian showcase and reinforcing its high-level status.
