Cityscape Global 2025: Day One Highlights

On 17 November, Riyadh hosted the opening of Cityscape Global 2025 the world’s largest exhibition dedicated to real estate development and urban innovation. The event was held under the official patronage of Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing of Saudi Arabia, who inaugurated the business programme and reaffirmed the exhibition’s strategic role in advancing Vision 2030. Day One was held under the theme “The Future of Urban Living,” highlighting new standards in urban environments, innovative technologies, proptech solutions, and the transformation of the Kingdom’s development sector.
Already on the first day, agreements worth more than SAR 161.2 billion (approximately USD 43 billion) were announced, underscoring the strong investment appetite for Saudi Arabia’s real estate market. The exhibition brought together over 550 exhibitors and more than 170,000 visitors, including major developers, architectural firms, technology companies, and representatives of government entities. Particular attention was drawn to the showcases of Vision 2030 giga-projects including NEOM, Qiddiya, ROSHN, Diriyah Gate, and The Red Sea as well as the PropTech Innovation Zone, which featured cutting-edge solutions in urban digitalization and smart city technologies.

As part of Cityscape Global 2025, Profex Group served as the official exhibition partner across the CIS region, facilitating the participation of the national pavilions of Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Russia. All three pavilions were presented on Day One and attracted significant interest from the professional community.
